About Us

Healing Hampers is a seasonal gift hamper business, curated by a registered dietitian. Each hamper is produced in limited quantities and refreshed each season.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and intended use. Our products are curated for general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, please consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly where allergen information is noted on the product page.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

Our approach to cancellations, returns and refunds is set out in our Refund Policy. As many of our products are perishable or handcrafted, some items are not eligible for return once opened.

Personal Messages and Handwritten Notes

Where you provide a personal message for inclusion with your hamper, you are responsible for its content. We reserve the right not to include content that is offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding and design, is owned by or licensed to Healing Hampers and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Hampers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
