Shipping Policy

We want your Healing Hamper to arrive safely and on time, wherever you are. Here's how delivery works.

United Kingdom

Standard UK delivery is free and takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your hamper has been sent.

European Union

Delivery to EU countries is charged at a flat rate of £14.99. Please allow extra time beyond our standard UK delivery window for international transit and customs processing.

Rest of World

Delivery outside the UK and EU is charged at a flat rate of £23.99. Please allow extra time beyond our standard UK delivery window for international transit and any customs processing in your country.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of purchase, in addition to the delivery times above. Because each hamper is packed with care and includes a handwritten note, please place your order in good time for any specific date you need it to arrive by.

Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. These vary by destination and are outside of our control.

Delivery Address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrectly supplied address. You're welcome to send a hamper directly to someone else — just enter their address at checkout and add your personal message.

Delays

While we do everything we can to dispatch on time, once an order is with the courier we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier network, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
