Healing Hampers
About Healing Hampers

“Healing Hampers was born from a gap I kept seeing and couldn't stop thinking about.”

The Story

After my own post-surgery recovery, I found myself reaching for things that weren't there. The NHS had done its job. But once I woke up from surgery, I was on my own, with no real support for recovery and a collection of well-meaning gifts that couldn't actually help my body heal.

As a registered dietitian, I knew what I needed. Most people don't. And that felt like something worth doing something about.

Healing Hampers grew from that experience, a bridge between the clinical knowledge I had built over years working in the NHS and private practice, and the kind of natural, human care that the healthcare system simply doesn't have time to offer.

What Makes These Hampers Different

Every product in every Healing Hamper is chosen by me, not by a trend, not by a buyer, not by what photographs well. By a registered dietitian who has read the research, worked with the suppliers, and believes in what she is putting in the box.

The seasonal model exists for the same reason. Your body doesn't have the same needs in every season. A hamper that understands that is a hamper that genuinely helps.
