About the Founder

Hi, I'm Christina.

I'm a registered dietitian, and I built Healing Hampers after my own surgery. I knew what my body needed to recover, the right therapeutic products, chosen with genuine clinical care. I couldn't find anything that offered that. So I created it.

The seasonal concept

Healing Hampers isn't a product range, it's one considered hamper, curated fresh each season by Christina.

Every product is chosen for what it does, not just how it looks: supporting your immune system, gut health and energy as the seasons change.

Produced in limited numbers due to what is produced on the land. When this season sells out, it's gone, each new season is freshly and beautifully curated with our makers that use what has been picked in that season.
