Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link once your hamper is dispatched. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Yes. Add your message at checkout and it will be handwritten on a beautiful postcard and tucked inside. No printed labels. A real person writes every note.

Each season's hamper is produced in limited numbers. When stock sells out, it is gone — each new season is freshly curated. We do not restock previous seasons.

Seasonal Membership means receiving every new hamper automatically at the turn of each season — you will never miss one. We are launching membership to a small founding group. Sign up to be notified first when spaces open. We aim to start October 2026.

Most are either wild-crafted or organically grown. All are sourced from trusted UK-based suppliers and small independent makers. We are transparent about every product — you can read exactly what's inside and why on the hamper page.

As the hamper contains perishable and handcrafted items, we only accept returns for damaged or faulty products. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will put it right.

Yes. We work with companies for staff and client gifting, and with retreats and wellness venues for bulk orders. Contact us at hello@healinghampers.uk.

Propolis is generally well tolerated but is derived from bees and is not suitable for anyone with a bee or honey allergy. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, please consult your GP before use.

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and add your personal message. We will never include an invoice inside the hamper.
